The Wilson Group is thoroughly experienced in assisting organizations in developing and managing fully compliant, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and Office of Emergency Services (OES)-Emergency Operations Plans.
The Wilson Group served as the subcontractor to provide emergency services Technical Assistance to the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office for Domestic Preparedness (ODP). Additionally, served as the emergency management subcontractor to the US Department of Transportation, VOLPE Transportation System Center.

Hazard Mitigation Plans
The Wilson Group fields a team of the most experienced Hazard Mitigation specialist-professionals in the Nation. It was this team that was cited for successfully completing the Hazard Mitigation Plan (DMA2000 LHMP) for the City of Los Angeles.
The plan was completed within three months, and received the written commendation from FEMA. And The City of Los Angeles Emergency Preparedness Department.
COG / COOP
The Wilson Group is a subcontractor providing technical Assistance (TA) to the US Department of Homeland Security, Office of Domestic Preparedness for the implementation of Continuity of Government and Continuity of Operations. We have developed COG/COOP plans for no fewer than ten of the large departments and agencies of the State of California, and assisted in the development of the State of Alaska COG/COOP prototype for implementation throughout that state. All of our programs are consistent with ICS, SEMS, NIMS, and other regulations and other local protocols.

Emergency Medical Plans
For more than 17 years, the professional staff of The Wilson Group have participated in, and led California's State disaster medical preparedness efforts directed the State's medical response to Loma Prieta and Northridge earthquakes and other emergencies.
We have served as member of the Executive Staff of statewide and national emergency organizations and developed region wide policy. We have developed a broad range of emergency medical preparedness plans including pediatric, clinic, hospital, operations and others.
Bio Terrorism Assessment
The Wilson Group can design,conduct, analyze and report on the preparedness of large numbers of hospitals and community health centers throughout the states or even regions. We use an in-depth, online survey process focused on the management of activities, policies and procedures, operational processes and other factors that contribute to preparedness and response. Our methodology incorporates complex performance measures involving time, procedures, policies and staff training to assess preparedness.
